1. About us
EduSpace Learning Ltd provides online educational content for learners of different ages, including children under appropriate supervision. Company address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected] and +44 20 3807 4388. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean EduSpace Learning Ltd. References to “you” or “your” mean the person or entity using our services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create your own account. Child accounts should be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or school representative who is responsible for the child’s use of the service. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
3. Courses and access
We offer free and paid courses. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial learning only. Course content may change as we improve materials or update examples. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view and use the content within the platform. Downloadable resources are provided for your personal study and may not be redistributed without written permission. Certificates reflect course completion on our platform and do not represent formal accreditation unless specifically stated.
4. Pricing, payments, and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region and currency. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers. Some courses offer a free preview so you can evaluate the format before purchasing. Unless a specific refund policy is shown for a course, purchases are non-refundable once content has been accessed after payment. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services. Prohibited activities include copying or redistributing content without permission, attempting to circumvent technical protections, sharing accounts or credentials, uploading harmful code, harassing teachers or learners, posting unlawful or discriminatory content, scraping the site, or using the services to advertise unrelated products. You must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate access where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred.
6. Intellectual property
All course videos, text, images, software, trademarks, and logos are owned by EduSpace Learning Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license described above, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use our name, branding, or assets without prior written permission. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, contact us with details so we can review and respond.
7. User content
Some features let you post reviews, answers, or project work. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You confirm that your submissions are lawful, respectful, and do not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
8. Third-party services
Our services may include integrations or links to third parties, such as payment processors, analytics (subject to consent), or embedded media. Those providers are responsible for their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, though we work carefully with trusted partners.
9. Disclaimers
Courses are provided for education and general information. We do not provide professional advice in areas such as finance, medicine, legal matters, politics, or other regulated fields. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as grades, admissions, certifications, or employment. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for high availability and accuracy, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduSpace Learning Ltd and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduSpace Learning Ltd from and against reasonable claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services, provided that we give you prompt notice of the claim and reasonable cooperation.
12. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with notice where reasonably possible if you violate these terms, create risks for others, or where we discontinue a service. Upon termination, licenses granted to you end and you must stop using the content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers residing in another country may bring claims in their local courts where required by applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
